AFFORDABLE HOUSING AT BARKING RIVERSIDE

L&Q and the GLA will be working in partnership to drive housing delivery to 600 homes per annum. The Mayor of London is pushing to have more affordable homes across the development. At present, a minimum of 30% of the new homes built will be affordable.
